First Property Group PLC20 June 2006 Directors' share options First Property Group plc announces that, at a meeting of the board held on 16June 2006, the board approved the grant to Mr B Habib of options over 500,000ordinary shares and to Mr G Digby over 1,000,000 ordinary shares. All of the500,000 options granted to Mr Habib are under the Unapproved Option Scheme;365,080 of the options granted to Mr Digby are also under the Unapproved OptionScheme and the remaining 634,920 options granted to him are under the EnterpriseManagement Incentive Scheme. The option exercise price in each case is 15.75p and the options may beexercised as to one third on or after 15 June 2007, one third on or after 15June 2008 and one third on or after 15 June 2009, with a final expiry date of 5April 2011. Following the grant of these options, Mr Habib holds in aggregate options over3,250,000 First Property ordinary shares and Mr Digby holds in aggregate optionsover 1,500,000 First Property ordinary shares.
