Total Voting Rights

4imprint Group plc, the international promotional products group, announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each of the Company, as at the date of this notice, is 26,744,846. There are no shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 26,744,846.

The above figure of 26,744,846 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, 4imprint Group plc, under the Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
