4imprint Group plc (the "Company")

Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company received notification on 23 August 2012 from Mr. S.J. Gray, a Director of the Company, informing it that, (i) on 21 August 2012, he purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each, at 300p per share and (ii) on 23 August 2013, he purchased a further 3,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each, at 300p per share.

As a result, the total interest of Mr. Gray in the Company is 8,000 shares, representing 0.030% of the Company's issued share capital.
