4imprint Group plc (the "Company")

Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons.

The Company received notification on 12 March 2013 from Ms. G. Davies, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 12 March 2013, she sold 3,200 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each, at 448p per share.

The sale of such shares was to utilise a Capital Gains Tax allowance for the tax year 2012/2013

As a result, the total interest of Ms. G. Davies in the Company is 121,481 shares, representing 0.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
