Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company received notification on 9 March 2011 from Ms G. Davies, a Director of the Company informing it that on 9 March 2011 she purchased 3,500 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each at 265p per share. As a result, the total interest of Ms. G. Davies in the Company is 108,450 shares representing 0.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
