Blocklisting Application

The Company announces that application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of, 400,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13p each to be admitted to the Official List. 

The block admission relates to ordinary shares that will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the following 4imprint Group Plc Share Schemes - the 2009 and 2010 Sharesave Schemes, the 2011 Performance Share Plan and the 2012 Save As You Earn Share Option Plan and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is anticipated that admission will take place on 23 January 2013.
