Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons.

The Company received notification on 28 August 2012 from Ms. G. Davies, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 28 August 2012, she purchased 3,500 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each, at 306p per share.

As a result, the total interest of Ms. G. Davies in the Company is 114,250 shares, representing 0.43% of the Company's issued share capital.
