Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 24 April 2017 that Stephen Harrison, Chief Executive Officer, had purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of 212.65 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Stephen Harrison now has a total beneficial interest (including ordinary Shares held in his wife's name) of 22,111 ordinary shares in the Company.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
