Ongoing Growth and Expansion Across Target Markets

Fonix, the mobile payments and messaging provider, is pleased to provide the following update ahead of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be held at 9:00a.m. today.

Fonix continues to make strong strategic progress across its target markets and trade in line with management expectations for the financial year. The Company's services are now live and growing in Portugal, and the Company is at an advanced stage with all major mobile networks and a number of media organisations for launch in another international market.

In the UK, the rollout of new products across key clients continues. Fonix also has a strong pipeline of broadcaster opportunities across all its target geographies and product areas. The Board remains confident in the Company's continued growth potential.
