Fintel plc, the leading independent provider of fintech and support services to the UK's retail financial services sector, is pleased to announce that it has been notified that Matt Timmins, Neil Stevens, Gary Hughes and Imogen Joss, each of whom are directors of the Company (the "Directors") have today purchased, in aggregate, 81,583 ordinary shares in the Company as listed below.
