Fintel plc, a leading independent provider of fintech and support services to the UK's retail financial services sector, is pleased to announce that the Company has been notified that certain directors of the Company (the "Directors") and/or persons closely associated with the Directors have purchased in aggregate 283,574 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") as listed below.
Following these purchases, the resulting interests of each of the Directors in the Shares of the Company are as listed below.
