Publication of Circular
Following its announcement on 23 May 2013 relating to the exchange of London Gatwick slots to easyJet plc, Flybe has today posted or made available to Shareholders:
·; the Circular relating to the exchange which includes the Notice of General Meeting and
·; the Form of Proxy in relation to the General Meeting.
The General Meeting will be held on 2 August 2013 at 11.00 a.m. at Flybe Training Academy, Exeter International Airport, Exeter, EX5 2LJ
The circular containing the Notice of General Meeting is also available to view on the Company's website at http://www.flybe.com/corporate/investors/
