Conversion Rate for 2019 Interim Dividend

Further to the announcement of the Group's Interim Results for the six-months ended 30 June 2019 released on 7 August 2019, the Company has determined that the exchange rate to be applied to its 2019 Interim Dividend is Ā£1:ā¬1.12596, being the exchange rate as disclosed by the Central Bank of Ireland at the close of business on 17 September 2019.

Accordingly, the Euro equivalent of the 2019 Interim Dividend of 67 pence per ordinary share will be 75.43932 cents per ordinary share.

The 2019 Interim Dividend will be paid on 9 October 2019 to shareholders on the register as at 6 September 2019.
