Exercise of SAYE Share Options
Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which develops and commercialises alternative and efficient energy technology products, announces that on 24 April 2014, the Company issued 7,826 ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the Company's SAYE share option scheme.
Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 6 May 2014 ("Admission"). Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Following Admission of these new shares, the Company will have 239,453,348 Ordinary Shares in issue. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 239,453,348 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
