The Company has been informed that on 26 September 2011 Clare Spottiswoode, non-executive Chairman of the Company purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 27 pence per share. Following this transaction Ms Spottiswoode holds 172,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.3% of the Company's current issued share capital.
