The awards took place on Wednesday 21st March at a gala dinner held at theGrosvenor House Hotel in London. The judges particularly were impressed by theclear business benefits of the project, including the automation of 300 workflowprocesses, which will enhance efficiency, and the scaleability of the system. Inwinning this award, MHBS fought off competition from leading industry playersincluding Barclays Bank, Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort, IFDS and INGInvestment Management. MHBS and Rubicon were also short listed for the 'Best Useof IT in Retail Banking" Award.
