Rubicon Diversified Investments Plc ("Rubicon" or the "Company"; AIM: RUBI) announces that it was notified on 25 June 2012 that Richard John Blakesley, a director of the Company, had transferred 5,200,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his SIPP. The share transfer was made for nil consideration.

The share transfer did not result in a change in Mr. Blakesley's beneficial holding. Mr. Blakesley's interest in the issued share capital of the Company therefore remains 11,550,041 ordinary shares.
