Grant of Options
The Board of Rubicon announces today the grant by the Company on 27th July 2012 of options over, in aggregate, 40,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company to Edward Winter, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as follows:

5,000,000 | 5p | 27th July 2015 - 26th July 2017 | When the Company and its subsidiaries operate scheduled airline services under the 'Fastjet' brand in 12 countries within the continent of Africa. |
5,000,000 | 5p | 27th July 2015 - 26th July 2017 | When the Company achieves an EBITDA of over US$10,000,000 in the preceding 12 month period. |
5,000,000 | 5p | 27th July 2015 - 26th July 2017 | When the Company's volume weighted average price of its Ordinary Shares admitted to trading on AIM over a period of 60 days is greater than £0.10. |
David Lenigas, Rubicon's Executive Chairman stated:
