The Company notifies that, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Lonrho Limited has informed the Company that, as at 10 September 2013, Lonrho Limited's interest in the Company is 116,033,745 shares. As a result of recent equity issued, Lonrho Limited's percentage interest in the Company has been diluted to 30.22%.
