Frontier IP, a specialist in commercialising intellectual property, announces that Andrew Richmond, Non-Executive Chairman, has, between 9 November 2022 and 11 November 2022, sold a total of 150,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in Frontier IP, at an average price of 69.0 pence per share.
Following the sale, Andrew Richmond has an interest in 850,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.55% of the Group's issued share capital.
