Falkland Islands Holdings PLC22 December 2006 Falkland Islands Holdings PLC (the "Company") Voting Rights and Capital CORRECTION to RNS announcement 52220 dated 21 December 2006 22 December 2006 In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market of the following: The Company's issued share capital consists of 8,468,130 Ordinary Shares of 10peach which entitle the holder to one vote per share. Therefore, the totalnumber of voting rights is 8,468,130. The latter number was incorrectly statedin RNS announcement No. 52220 dated 21 December 2006. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
