Falkland Islands Holdings PLC31 March 2008 31 March 2008 Falkland Islands Holdings plc Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Falkland Islands Holdings PLC ("the Company") notifies the market of the following: The Company's issued share capital consists of 9,060,796 Ordinary Shares of 10p each of which entitles the holder to one vote. Therefore the total number of voting rights is 9,060,796. This total includes 55,539 shares issued on the exercise of share options over an extended period in respect of which an application has today been made for admission to AIM. The Company holds no shares in treasury. The above figure of total voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
