Falkland Islands Holdings plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics announces that, it was informed that on 9 June 2015, Mr. John Foster, a director of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 264.86 pence per share. As a result Mr. John Foster is beneficially interested in 71,867 Shares, including 441 matching Shares, representing 0.58 per cent. of the Company's 12,413,242 total voting rights.
