Forum Energy Plc04 October 2005 4 October 2005 Forum Energy Plc ('Forum Energy' or 'the Company') Change of Accounting Reference Date and Change of Registered Address Forum Energy announces today that the next publication of results for the Company willcover the period from 1 April 2005, being the date of incorporation of the Company, to 30September 2005. These results will be published by 31 December 2005. The end of yearaudited accounts to 31 December 2005 are due to be published within six months of theyear end. On 27 July 2005, Forum Energy changed its accounting reference date from 30 April to 31December, following which the Company was admitted to AIM on 2 August 2005. The Company also announces that the registered office address of the Company has beenchanged to 120 Bridge Road, Chertsey, Surrey KT16 8LA with immediate effect.
