The Company is alsopleased to announce, following the AGM, the appointment of Oscar de Venecia asnon-executive director of Forum. Oscar is currently Chairman of Basic Consolidated, Inc. ("Basic"), a companylisted on the Philippine Stock Exchange, and a member of the consortium whichdiscovered oil in the Nido and Matinloc fields in N.W. Palawan. Oscar has spentover 30 years with Basic in a number of roles, including President and ChiefExecutive Officer and is also past Chairman and President and now Senior Advisorto the Petroleum Association of the Philippines.
