*Ferlim Nominees Limited holds a total of 3,579,090 Forum Shares, representing 10.07% of the issued share capital of Forum. The remaining 28,890 Forum Shares held by Ferlim Nominees Limited (0.08% of Forum issued share capital) are held on behalf of other third parties, which are not acting in concert with Philex.
Although they do not directly hold any securities in Forum, Philex Mining Corporation holds 64.79% of the voting rights in Philex. In addition, First Pacific Company Limited holds 100% of the voting rights in Asia Link B.V., 46.18% of the voting rights in Philex Mining Corporation and 16.78% of the voting rights in Philex. |
