("Forum Energy" or the "Company")

Directors' Dealings

The Company was informed on 6 June 2012 that Andrew Mullins and Barry Stansfield, both Directors of Forum Energy, had on the same day sold 500,000 and 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively, at a price of £2 per share, to Asia Link B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Pacific Company Limited.

Further the Company was informed on 31 May 2012 that Walter Brown, a Director of Forum Energy, had on the same day sold 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares to Tidemark Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atok-Big Wedge Co., Inc. Atok-Big Wedge Co., Inc is a company listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange and controlled by Roberto Ongpin, a Director of Forum Energy.

Following these sales Andrew Mullins, Barry Stansfield and Walter Brown do not hold any issued share capital of the Company.
