Directors' Shareholdings

Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 15 June 2010 it received notification that on 14 June 2010, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.36% of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 5p per share. David Southworth, a director of the Company, has purchased these shares via his SIPP. 

Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is now beneficially interested in 6,804,486 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.41% of the issued share capital of the Company and David Southworth is now beneficially interested in 6,010,000 Ordinary Shares representing 10.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.
