Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been informed that on 20th March 2015 the 2012 awards andassociated dividend equivalent awards granted to Mark Ames, a PDMR of theCompany, under the Fidessa group plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan vested and wereautomatically exercised. Mark Ames was entitled to receive 2,096 ordinaryshares in the capital of the Company. 920 of the shares have been sold at 2240peach in order to settle sales costs and tax owed in connection with thatvesting. Following this notification his shareholding is 173,987 ordinaryshares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.46% of theissued share capital.
