On 10th June 2016 Fidessa group plc paid a final and special dividend in respect of the year ending 31st December 2015. Under the dividend reinvestment elements of the Fidessa group plc Share Incentive Plan and the Fidessa group plc Monthly Share Purchase Plan, the Company has been notified that certain directors and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") acquired shares at the price of 2224.00p on 14th June 2016.
