The Company has been notified that on 15th February 2016 John Hamer, a director of the Company, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1877.4p each and also purchased 140 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1862.12p each. Following this notification his shareholding is 90,003 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.24% of the issued share capital.
