Director / PDMR shareholdings

The Company has been informed that on 21st March 2016 the 2013 awards and associated dividend equivalent awards granted to Mark Ames, a PDMR of the Company, under the Fidessa group plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan vested and were automatically exercised. Mark Ames was entitled to receive 1,829 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. On 22nd March 2016 804 of the shares have been sold at a price of 2322.30p each in order to settle sales costs and tax owed in connection with that vesting. Following this notification his shareholding is 175,158 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.46% of the issued share capital.
