Director declaration - changes to committees
Fidessa group plc ("Company") announces, with effect from today, that Ron Mackintosh is stepping down from his membership of the audit, remuneration and nominations committees. The Company thanks him for his valuable and insightful contribution to these committees during the past 11 years.
Ron continues to serve as the senior independent non-executive director of the Company.
