First Derivatives plc (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I), a leading provider of software and consulting services to the capital markets industryΒ is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith MacDonald as Non-Executive Director to the Board of First Derivatives.

Keith is currently Managing Director of Structured Corporate Finance for Lloyds Banking Group with responsibility for operations in Europe and North America. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge of capital markets. Prior to joining Lloyds Bank Group, Keith had a 16 year career with Citigroup during which time he held a variety of senior positions in Europe and Asia including the position of Asia-Pacific Head of Structured Corporate Finance. Keith is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
