Issue of Equity
FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I) announces the issue and allotment of 110,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees.
Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM and it is expected that admission will take place on 22 December 2017. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 25,528,501 ordinary shares.
