NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") IN ORDINARY SHARES OF £0.01 EACH IN THE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY ("Shares")
The Company has been notified that Jonathan Young, the Chief Information Officer of the Company who is designated as a PDMR, acquired 6,400 Shares at a price of 568.707 pence per Share on 19 April 2016. Following the purchase, Jonathan Young has a beneficial interest in 6,400 Shares, representing approximately 0.006 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
This notification is made pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
