Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been notified that Michelle Senecal de Fonseca, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 248 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £9.42 per Ordinary Share on 8 October 2018. Following the purchase, Michelle Senecal de Fonseca has a beneficial interest in 5,523 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.005 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
