Block Listing Application

FDM Group (Holdings) Plc ("FDM"), a global professional services provider with a focus on Information Technology, announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the block listing of 950,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Shares") to trade on the LSE and to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA.

The purpose of the block listing is to satisfy options awarded under the FDM Group (Holdings) Plc Company Share Option Plan 2014 (in respect of 175,000 of the newly-listed Shares) and the FDM Group (Holdings) Plc Performance Share Plan 2014 (in respect of 775,000 of the newly-listed Shares) and is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 13 May 2019. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the company.
