Firestone Diamonds plc

Issue of Additional Shares

Firestone Diamonds plc, ("Firestone"), the AIM-quoted diamond mining and exploration company (ticker: AIM:FDI),announces that in addition to the 140,413,465 shares already issued, a further 12 shares have been issued pursuant to the acquisition of Kopane Diamond Developments plc. These shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on AIM on 1 October 2010.

The total issued share capital of the Company is now 268,305,114 Ordinary Shares.
