Transaction in Own Shares

FRONTIER DEVELOPMENTS PLC (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Company', or the 'Group') announces that on 04 September 2025 it purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP as part of the buyback programme announced on 08 July 2025.

The Company intends to place the purchased shares into Treasury.

Following settlement of the above purchases, Frontier has purchased a total of 1,345,846 Ordinary Shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and has 39,478,535 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are 1,345,846 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 38,132,689 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
