EBT & PDMR Dealings
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Company"), a leading developer of video games, announces the following dealings:
Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
Today the Company was notified by Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited, the trustee of the Frontier Developments plc Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust (the "EBT"), that the EBT transferred 58,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company ("Shares") to meet employee share option awards at an average exercise price of 169.6 pence per Share.
Following this exercise of options, 57,000 Shares were repurchased by the EBT at 406 pence per Share. The balances of 1,000 Shares are to be transferred to employees.
Following this transaction, the EBT is interested in 104,645 Shares, representing 0.3 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
James Dixon, a PDMR's of the Company, exercised options over 12,000 Shares at an exercise price of 89 pence per Share.
Amanda Alsop, also a PDMR of the Company, exercised options over 2,000 Shares at an exercise price of 224.5 pence per Share.
Following the exercise of these options Mr Dixon and Mrs Alsop sold 12,000 and 2,000 Shares, respective at a price of 406 pence per Share.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted share options. The Executive Directors of the Company are included in the class of potential beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.
