Director / PDMR Grant of Options
Grant of Options
On 14 October 2016, the Company awarded to the Directors and Non-Executive Directors of the Company 85,000 share options (the "Options") and PDMR's 5,000 Share Options (the "Options"), exercisable into new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 174 pence per share. The Options are subject to certain performance conditions, and will vest over a period of three years.
Out of the total award of 90,000 options, 25,000 have been awarded to Charles Cotton, 60,000 to Jonathan Watts and 5,000 to Amanda Alsop (a PDMR of Frontier). Following this grant, the following Options over Ordinary Shares have been granted to the non-executive directors of the Company and are outstanding:
