Issue of Equity
The Company has issued 316,755 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of options by an employee in accordance with the terms of the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive share option plan.
Accordingly, an application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 am on 25 August 2015. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 154,769,246 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
