Potential Equity Issue
The Company announced on 22 June 2015 that it was considering options to issue Ordinary or C Shares.The Company today further announces that, following consultations with certain existing and potential new Shareholders, it is making arrangements for a potential issue of up to 200 million C Shares at an issue price of $1.Qualified Investors interested in the potential C Share issue should contact Numis, the Company's corporate broker.The Company's ability to issue C Shares is subject to publication of a new prospectus. It is currently expected that the Company will publish a new prospectus early in August and that a placing of C Shares will close on or around 10 August 2015.
