Black Sea Global Properties Limited ("BSGP") has today posted the offer document ("Offer Document") in relation to the recommended Offer by BSGP for Fabian Romania Limited ("Fabian Romania"), which was announced on 19 December 2008.
Forms of Acceptance in relation to the Offer should, in relation to Fabian Romania Shares held in certificated form, be completed, signed and returned in accordance with the instructions set out in the Offer Document and in the Form of Acceptance as soon as possible but in any event so as to be received no later than 3.00 p.m. on 14 January 2009.
Certain terms used in this announcement are defined in the announcement of the recommended Offer by BSGP for Fabian Romania dated 19 December 2008.
