PDMR/PCA Share Purchase
FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, has been notified that on 5 January 2021, Nigel Pickard, husband of, and Person Closely Associated with, Claire Pickard, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, purchased 103,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 19 pence per share. As a result, Mr and Mrs Pickard now have a total beneficial interest, in aggregate, of 185,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
As a result of the above purchase, under the Company's Share Matching Scheme, Claire Pickard will be awarded options to subscribe for 103,000 new ordinary shares at 2p per share.
