Director's Dealing

The Company announces that it was notified today that on 14 May 2015, Peter Lawrence, Non-Executive Director, sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 281 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Lawrence has an interest in 445,214 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.98 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
