Director's Disclosures

FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, makes the following disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

John Conoley, Non-Executive Chairman of FireAngel, was a director of Convergent Communications plc ("Convergent") until 15 April 2003. On 26 June 2003, within 12 months of Mr Conoley ceasing to act as a divisional director, Convergent entered administration and was dissolved on 5 February 2008. The Administrators anticipated a shortfall to creditors. In addition, Mr Conoley was also a director of Crosshouse Holdings Limited ("Crosshouse") until 15 April 2003. On 15 December 2003, within 12 months of Mr Conoley ceasing to act as a director, Crosshouse entered administration and was dissolved on 15 April 2005.
