Director/PDMR Shareholding
FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, has been notified that Fiona Conoley, wife of John Conoley, Executive Chairman of the Company, today purchased 94,144 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), at a price of 15.9 pence per share.
As a result, following this transaction, Mr Conoley and his wife now have a total beneficial interest, in aggregate, of 1,283,607 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.71 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
