FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that Glenn Collinson, Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect to concentrate on other commitments.
John Conoley, the Company's Executive Chairman, commented: "Glenn has brought enthusiasm and diligence to the Board during a complex period for the Company and we thank him for his contribution. The Board is reviewing the Company's needs at Board level for the next period of its evolution and expects to add to the Board in due course."
